There is a particular thing a child does when they see their own name on a wall. They go quiet, then they point, then they tell you about it for a week.
I have watched it happen enough times now to design towards it.
How it works
You choose the size, the colour and the motif. I draw the name in your chosen lettering style — the default is a hand-lettered cursive if you don't pick one — and the print is produced on 300gsm matte card.
- 5x7 — $20.00 AUD. Shipped on A4 with cut marks so you can adjust it to your actual frame at home, which is the single most common thing people get caught out by.

It doesn't have to be a name
Some of the best ones haven't been. I sent Lindsay's family a surprise caricature of their fourteen-year-old dachshund as a pirate — Casey the Brave, eye patch and all — after he survived a hawk. Mackenzie held the drawing up next to his face to compare, then made him the star of a small-world dog cinema. That story is here.
